The 39-Years old former investment banker and Pro-European centrist Emmanuel Macron emerge the winner of the Sunday’s second face-off of presidential election to become the younger ever leader of the country.

The result will resonate worldwide and particularly in Brussels and Berlin where leaders will breathe a sigh of relief that Le Pen’s anti-EU, anti-globalisation programme has been defeated.
