A 21-year-Old Dominic Joshua, the CEO of Brisk Capital Limited has been arrested by operatives of the police special fraud unit (PSFU), for conning & diverting investor’s funds worth over N2 billion.
According to Bitcoin, forex trading, real estate, and oil & gas with a promise of prompt and accurate 60% return on investment (ROI) per month on every sum invested, plus the guarantee of the invested principal.

Who is Dominic Joshua?
He’s the CEO of Brisk Capital Limited, and he was arrested by Nigerian Police Special Fraud Unit on Monday 24th of May, 2021.
He was arrested following petitions to the Unit by several investors and verified intelligence reports gathered on the activities of the company.
The Commissioner of Police in charge of the fraud unit, Anderson Bankole, said the funds which belong to over 500 investors were diverted to sponsor extravagant lifestyle, parties, exotic cars, luxury watches, and real estates in Abuja, Lagos and Port Harcourt. The commissioner also said that Joshua confessed to the crime but pleaded to be given time to return the monies.
“Some of the properties/items purchased with the diverted funds have been recovered as exhibits while the suspect will be charged to court as soon as the strike by Judiciary Staff Union of Nigeria (JUSUN) is called off,” Bankole said.
While Joshua claimed on his LinkedIn that he had practiced for 10 years, he did not list companies he worked or established apart from Brisk Capital which he stated that he founded in 2020. His Facebook , which opened in October 2020, contains posts about investment. There has not been any activity on his social media since February 2021.
